Well judging by the speed of the website and game atm, I doubt the server will hold up - even if u do get enough players. But I'm off out tonight - so theres no harm in trying. But my accounts are logged on, hope it works.

I find it quite telling that even with an event like this, we can not beat the old record for ppl logged in. That shows that people do not care or that a lot more have left than I thought.

corp m8s are moving house (and lack conn atm) or in the pub or at work or a mixture of all 3
as they are all active in eve i loaded them up

It was a good effort. However, I very much doubt CCP have 30,000 accounts as they claim.
CCP could and hopefully will have once they begin advertising the game. Then we'll beat that record 
Out of those 30000 I can't beleive there are 24000 people paying a monthly fee for a game they dont activley play!
I'd LOVE someone to come up with some facts and figures to prove me wrong because no one wants to see this game succeed more than I.
CCP get advertising this wonderful game of yours!!!

Just aslong as CCP can financially support TQ, i'm happy.. overall i'd say Eve hasn't done bad, considering its crappy advertisement.I mean look at Shadowbane, this month it will go from the current 8 servers down to 2.. thats when you know a game is dying.
