This issue occurs if you resize the date column and prevent the full date from displaying.
It causes all other data to stop displaying until the date column is widened again, allowing the full date to be seen.
Then the rest of the data reappears.
This bug also affects the other columns. Hiding any of the text, by resizing a column, causes data in subsequent columns to stop displaying.

The patch has removed Stront from the building requirements for the new scanner probes. Stront isn't a Tech2 component. I understand removing Nanotransistors and Hypersynaptic Fibers, but you weren't susposed to remove Stront!
I've invested Billions in Stront to build these probes and have tons of probes on the market that I paid over 80k to build which now can be build for 20k. I don't mind you taking away the Nanotransistors and Hypersynaptic fibers because I can use those for other things, but what the heck am I going to do with billions of isk worth of now useless Stront! I won't even be able to sell the stront for what I paid for it. Now that the probes don't take stront, the stront prices are going to crash. Either way I'm going to loose billions on this goof up.
Please put stront back in as a building material for the new probes.
Patch Notes: "Tech2 components required for the production of the new scanner probes (Sift, Comb, Pursuit, Quest) have been removed. Mineral requirements have also been reduced and balanced accordingly."
AArrrgh! Tell me this is an unintentional error - although I've not spent as much on Stront as some people obviously have, I have however spent quite a portion of my own meagre wealth over the last week or so buying over 5000 units of the stuff. Since when is Stront classed as a Tech II component?
No, this is intentional. All t2 materials and ice products were removed from Exploration Probes.
Ok So why Did the Patch notes not mention Ice Products being removed...
I am relatively new to manufacturing with my alt char, but he has nearly 4500 probes on the market. If I had known the Strontium was going to be removed I would have Reprossessed the whole lot and waited til the patch and made some more..
Thanks CCP you just lost me every Isk I have made from Manufacturing and left me with alot of probes which cost me nearly 400mill to make that are now worthless...

Sorry all but quit whining about the stront on probes issue. If ccp had announced it there'd have been mass whining from all the probe producers as well as jacking about with the stront prices before it hit. Also we all know that ccp has said things aboout alterations to costs and build reqs of certain items before and then failed to go through with it leading to alot more whining... tractor beam bpo's anyone I still got 50 of them. Its not gonna be a total loss you might have to sell off your current stock of probes at a small loss just to get the stock out and reclaim what you can to start building more and recoup the costs in your profit else where.... frankly your own fault for specialising in one product diversification is security in the trading world... egg's in one basket and that crap.
Always assume that the next day things could totally change, a good forecoming possible example of this is whats going to happen when/if they decide to make all asteroid belts exploration only content. Prices are going to be far more volatile from day to day simply because theres not a garunteed supply or someone might hit the motherload of a particular ore that makes prices drop through the floor.
Infact I think I quite look forward to mineral scarceities where big alliances reel in their ambitions and cautiously avoid war for fear of not having enough minerals to support losses.

The bigger problem is that there isn't anything else to build with our stockpiles of stront. It's one thing to change the build requirements of something. It's another to not give you any other production use for your materials.
Sure, you can build the other probe types, but then you are competing with npcs that have unlimited quantities and unlimited sell orders and there is no profit margin.
You can't even sell your stront on the market because CCP caused the stront price to crash.
There have been plenty other build material adjustment that have been done and we have all lived with but at least we could use our supplies to build other items when it was over. Not this time though. CCP just leaves us with a hanger full of useless building materials.
So what is there to do but whine and complain? If I can't use it to build, I might as well use it to complain. Both have the same results which is just a big waste of time.

Don't know if anyone else has experienced this... but since the patches, when I initially log on, it takes at least 4-5 times longer to get to the character selection screen. It just sits on acquiring bulk data for an extended period of time. *shrug*

I'm not happy with the patch
Since the patch today my frame rate has plummited. Before todays DT I was getting minimum 40 fps even in the most densely packed missions in terms of structures and NPCs.
Now when I encounter any structures my fps goes down to 12 fps. I've tried clearing my cache folder and still no change, I've even uninstalled and reinstall the Eve client. I tried altering my prefs.ini before the reinstall to try and improve performance.
The camera also rotates in a series of jump unlike before when it had a very smooth pan.
My PC is not a high spec system but it could run Eve at a very respectable fps even with the gfx settings at high. The only thing that has change since this morning is the Eve client build, so I'm leaning toward that being the culprit.
Has anyone else encountered any similar issue or can anyone offer a solution ?
Thanx

I use Vista on two of my systems without a problem.
What is the error message you get when you start EVE? And have you downloaded the mini-patch from today's downtime, and applied it?

bugg...
you broke invention of modules:
max run modefier on the decryptors are now added, so a job that should give a 40 run bpc now only give a 14 run bpc.
This got to be a bugg, as if it isnt, invention was just made totally useless, and there was no mentioned of such a change in the patch notes.

Irritating Bug
When in solorsystem map mode, and you are zoomed out, you then warp to some object and it zooms you all the way in. You then have to zoom ALL the way out again.

This was a weird one.
I was out fighting in a Stiletto and took some shield damage. I warped back to the station and docked, switched into a Brutix and undocked. I still had the Shield damage.
I haven't been able to reproduce it, but it really freaked me out.

any hints on why invention was changed to be totally unprofitable?
module invention we were getting 40-90 runs depending on decryptors. now getting 14-19 run so it does not even pay for the datacores. Adding more interfaces to the game is fine, but there was no notice of a change to invention. so the early inventors who paid billions to aquire the bpc build parts now have a useless expensive item. module invention is not profitable @ 14 runs per attempt and datacores wold have to drop to next to nothing for it to be worth it again.
All the new interfaces that are going to be built because drop rates for bpcs increased by a factor of 10 still are not going to fix the problem that invention is broke as is. your just adding to the demand for datacores.

You are adding to the demand for datacores by introducing more interfaces. yes datacores are dropping from the exploration now but they would have to drop in such huge numbers to completely tank the market for them to fix the problem. So I don't see how you see it as a self fixing problem

Confirmed, i have the same problem :-/
Keyholder/Overseer respawn time (6/10 in my case) is broken. Friend of mine was waiting more than 6 hours today and the last stage still didnt respawned...
sidenote: Loot table's seems to be nerfed since first kali patch
I had done 2 complexes after the patch, i waited 6 hours for the first key befor he respawns. Finally i was in the last stage and the boss didn't respawn after 7h. Befor i done a run in 1h 15min this run takes 3h in the plex and normally i have better things to do.

Edited by: Tasuric Orka on 01/02/2007 17:07:03 Since the patch my Raven started dancing randomly.. or at least i noticed it, a corpmate of mine has the same "problem".
Basically, when orbiting an item, or speeding up for warp, the ship will bank 90 degrees onto its side, do a 360, return to level, and never lose any forward momentum, its not being bumped by anything, nor does it really effect gameplay, it's kind of "funny", but i figured it was worth mentioning.
I have fraps, but it will be a ***** to get it online, so if you are aware of this issue, please say so. :)
