Anytime any game has unexpected downtime and I log back in to play I expect to see a few intermittent problems for at least an hour, if in an hours time it seems stable then I believe we're golden. Now the problems with people having actual issues with stuff going haywire that isn't from flying around and being less than intelligent about it right after a problem do deserve some compensation above getting their stuff restored. The rest of us, just give us a tiny allotment of SP and call it a day.

I have upgrade to new hardware 3 times in the last 4 years and never had a problem. Eve Dev's care to convert from MSSQL? Heck even Postgres would be a better upgrade IMO
