Velator or Falcon, we don't care. That's what Privateers are about. Targets. White stars on red square.

However I think by going too far with this idea and randomly War decing hundreds of corps at once,you guys have now ended up punishing all of eve with this huge war dec cost increase. If you would have toned down war decs a little this nerf would not have come about.
