I agree the customer service is good, remember its was like 4.45am when it happened, they have to work out why it happens and get people to fix it, i'm sure they dont keep a FULL team on at that time of the morning, it is after all before business hours.

Still getting a Status: Unknown on my client so I'm not sure what the hell is going on. I don't think its a connectivity issue as I can connect to Singularity & Multiplicity just fine. |

It looks like I lose my lvl 4 story line mission was almost done too :( sucks I won't have time to finsh it after putting in 4 hours.. hope they can reset it for me at least so I get my bonus. Only good news is my new BS setup works great in here :)
