Cambo Gallente EtE Clan FREGE Alliance	Posted - 2007.08.28 12:37:00 - [92] The general gist of this thread seems to be, frege pilots welcoming the fights whereas the majority of roadkill seem to think they are elite pvp'rs wasting there time with frege. Our raid in pe was small fast ships and you responded with battleships and a 60-70 man fleet, you say you dont log so why during the weekend when you took as many losses as you inflicted was i seeing roadkill pilots logging back on throughout the next day in 9Z? I think there have been 1 or 2 roadkill pilots that have responded to this thread saying they have had some good fights with frege in the last week whereas the rest seem to be dillusional and are victorius even when not. Some of the respnses in the thread from Roadkill have actually detracted from the enjoyment of the good fights we have had recently, maybe the loss of lots of equipment in frege space has made them bitter?

Have to agree on the smack. Some if it could be misunderstanding - for instance, they way one RK/Smash guy said 'we left a lot of wrecks in IRC space' at face value made it seem like they were all our wrecks, when that wasn't what he was trying to say based on later clarification. Personally, I think the periodic raids over our way are quite fun, and as someone else from IRC mentioned, help keep us sharp. That said, violence tends to beget violence, and as emotions get heated, some people will always resort to smack instead of leaving it on the battlefield where it belongs. Anywho, enough words from me, back to my guns....

Peanut Swsh Interstellar eXodus R0ADKILL	Posted - 2007.08.29 08:58:00 - [97] smack is overrated. anyway, end of the day, we like fighting frege because they usually always bring it. who wants to fly 30+ jumps on the off chance that you will gank something, or otherwise locals won't come out and fight unless they massively outnumber you (not pointing fingers at anyone here, and hey blobs are a fact of eve, people like to win). But the point is, we like fighting frege, because we know when we rock up in whatever sized gang we bring to NGM, they will, 80% of the time undock and come shoot back. Which means fun for us, fun for them. And prior to the recent diplomatic changes, we also had targets to shoot at most of the way to frege space, so it was always a worthwhile trip to make. thou there was that day a week back when we ganked a carrier in NGM with an 8 man gang (2bs's, commandship, 2-3 recons and some other junk). And they had about 30 in local, but none came to carriers assistance. It wasn't a frege carrier, thou he had a cyno popped by a frege guy so i dunno what happened there, i reckon someones not very happy at the frege cyno guy :) and lulz at the guy who cried in local that we could only kill his curse in our carrier gank gang, lol there were only 3 ships on your killmail. you should stfu in local, and stop making yourself look bad in front of your alliance mates. anyway, gf frege, and more to come soon, we hope :)

I've actually seen quite a bit of joking around in local with them, when I've been there. Every once in awhile someone will say something stupid, but its not often. The numbers don't matter. If it wasnt fun for them they wouldnt keep coming. That's all that matters anyway, is the fun of it. I've missed nearly all the recent activity being in BoB space and all, but I plan on coming back to get podded real soon! :)
