The earlier database issues that have been plaguing Tranquility over the past few days has resulted in another server reboot. The server team has been notified and they are continuing to search for the cause of the issues. We thought the cause was failing hardware, but this appears to not be the case.
I will post timestamped updates in this post as information is made available. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience the recent instability has had on the EVE community's play experience.

Since July, server crashes have been persistant. This is an issue that seems to be ever so ********. I am not technologically minded, however, I have been in several positions that require continuous Customer Service.
These issues continue to irritate us, the consumer. So I agree with a previouse post. Don't apologize, just fix the problem.

Server Crash Bingo!
So, the server crashed. While we wait, as a means of putting off the boredom, download the Server Crash Bingo cards.
Rules: Every time someone in the "official" thread (the one that gets stickied) says something in one of the positions, or substantially similar (enough that it's reasonably close) cover a spot.
When you get 5 in a row, in any direction, you get to claim a bingo.
The first person to claim a legitimate Bingo by posting here with the # of the card and the posts they're claiming it for gets 10 million ISK from me. :)
