your apoligoies are not accepted, what would be nice if some event was schedueld for next week where all rat belt/mission bounties are increased 50% for 24 hours, or give everyone 50k-100k sp to put on whatever skill they want.
That would be an apology I would accept.
many games ive played where they had server downtime and schedueld events for the players with increased exp for 24 hours.

i work in sql server since 1984 and
all i know if you reboot often a sql server when the bug its not fixed
corrupt database occur and its a pain to resole a corrupt database
