Have you ever wondered what is the best self defense against wild animals such as mosquitoes for instance? CCP Soundwave wants you all to be safe from wild animals so he's written a new blog. Oh,and it also has information about team reorganization and Crucible 1.1., the follow up to Crucible, coming on January 24th.

Edit: When are you going to be releasing specific changes? Like, what exactly has been changed on the AFs?
Yeah, the exact changes will go in the patch notes that should be out shortly.

I think you're taking the "Die in a FIre" thing a bit too personally. 
Other than that, awesome.
On faction warfare changes, can we have a discussion on how to not adversely affect "independent" and non-faction oriented organizations in low sec?
There needs to be some method of allowing not militia groups to also have opportunities in and perhaps THROUGH the militia without being part of it.
Faction Citizens is what I'm thinking.
Where you can pledge allegiance to a faction, and become similar to shooting a friendly militia member, but don't get the perks of being able to shoot people on gates or shoot back. Offering partial protection/coordination with a militia but not being a full blown target.
Ultimately though... Faction Warfare needs to be for NEW PLAYERS and focus on giving them the experiences and opportunities for them to learn PVP. I have seen my share of first day militia guys in rifters end up 20 jumps from "home" and being locked up and scrammed by me on their militia mission. I'm pretty forgiving and usually try and get them away from the Militia by recruiting them or point them in another direction - because I know the Militia is only going to get them frustrated in EVE with the "Spy Paranoia" totally blocking any and all brand new militia members from most established corporations and the inability to find a fight that doesn't involve a Rifter vs a Flavor Of The Month Faction Frigate.
There should be somethings to cater to Veteran Faction Warfare pilots - but you really need to build up the New PVP Player avenue. (Hint: Shooting NPCs doesn't count).

If you really wanted to make the search useful you would remove the type drop down list and do a broad search on all types and return the top x results in a list grouped by type and all the groups collapsed, then have a link to do a wide search on a group if you want more from that group

In regards to full patch notes, I sent what appears to be a final list to all the teams today for verification. Once everything is verified we will publish them and make sure you guys get a full downtime schedule and notes.
I expect this may be as late as Monday morning but there is a small chance they may go out over the weekend

As its hard to test this on Sisi what is the wording and what date is it placed.
