I'm not one to like posting about the ASCN days. It is dead and should rest but I've just got to say this in response to you... That is such a load of unmitigated bullst. Corm had absolutely ZERO intention of falling back to RIT. There was no sign of you at all once AZN fell and Virt didn't pull the plug for almost a month AFTER AZN fell. I know this.... because I was there until he did pull the plug. What CORM said to Virt was basically "We're staying in K-9 and defending we are not giving up our home." Tell it straight if your going to tell it and keep in mind there are a lot of people still around who were there until the actual end. Like Havras I remeber differently still ASCN is long dead and good for that. In the end it was too bloated and without any pvp focus. Have fun where you go next but I'd reconsider how you view this whole conflict, and although I can't speak for STK as CEO anymore this whole thread isn't about ISK its about respect. I'd appreciate snide comments about STK being in Fountain left out as I'll just remind you that it was STK who lost the most dreads in the entire conflict not only in Fountain but in the defense of Ascenia... STK seems to be viewed in a negative light due to the fact that at the time of ASCN's peak we owned AZN which was pretty much the capital of ASCN that and we owned alot of T2 bpos, whats overlooked by pretty much everyone with a grudge is that we supplied build cost T2 weaponery and handed over billions in mods/ammo/pos to nearly every corp that couldn't sustain the loss rate in a war versus a superior pvp force. Still lesson learned I think the hard (right?) way in that if you can't defend what you own in 0.0 you never deserve it. Also I remeber seeing no CORM for the last capital engagement by ASCN against BoB pos in RIT, due to the fact you left before we made a last stand. Still can't blame you guys K-9 was a lovely system with two complexs, some nice ratting systems near and far far away from people willingly to burn your ships and pods. Anyway have fun where you go next I know STK will continue to where ever and what ever they do next. Cos hey its a game right? First pod pilot to lose a Mothership in EvE... err woo

You do have to admit Serret that if M.Pire begin pressuring you at the back door then you will have to pull forces off your main front to defend your own space and this is a tactical nightmare for any alliance including yours. You cannot be in two places at once without splitting your forces I don't care how good the alliance is. Just a opinion no flames intended. Fun times I sure miss the old Days of COAD

Kind of a pointless exercise really. What exactly would they stand to gain by doing so? Being that they're a separate alliance they won't have access to POSes, wallets, station management, nothing of use in Goon or goon ally space. Worst that could happen would be that they get to strike at our backside once, at which point any assets they moved into goon stations would now be inaccessible. If anything, it might be a clever ruse by M.Pire to regain access to some of the assets they left behind after the LV war. If I'm not mistaken though, M.Pire left LV a couple weeks before things really went downhill though, and chances are most anything that was worth evacuating has already been taken care of. Even if we hand off stations to them and they decide to defect, do you really think they'll be able to put up much more of a fight against the RSF than they did against the north? Not trying to be a **, just pointing out facts. For the sake of staying objective to this matter, I still remember the discussions we had in CoRM when I was still a member. Now in Helen `s favour Para, he`s kinda straight on the truth. We did turn side cause we saw that ASCN was dead and dying, and saw no purpose in defending a lost cause. We wanted to keep K-9 which we all worked hard for, and didnt want to get the boot from BoB. I left CoRM cause I despised the fact we were blue to the one enemey that killed off ASCN. No way im turning side just to keep something at the mercy of my foe (pet status and taxation) And now your being chased off your home with no way to do the same. Karma is such a b*tch. But then again every single corp in ASCN was thinking of their own hides Helen. STK was among those to bail out first from Ascenia with their stuff. Oh, i bet you guys still have loads off stuff in Stain, just lying around for the victorious return to Feyth once the pets are kicked out. And during the ASCN times, prices wasnt exactly 10% cheaper then Empire prices, as pr rule set by CYVOK huh? During the war they were set sky high. So much for the production help. But hey, its still a game with all the drama. I still lub the Cormies alot and even you para! So dont give up just yet As for M.PIRE, I wish you luck.
