I posted the chat log where I never agreed to 1vs1, the war involves deception, that's how you score kills, I will use deception everytime against those I am in war with. And evol will continue to fight the forum war.
I am prepared to die in a fleet battle since I am almost certain that from now on I will be the prime target, but that's if evol ever get's enough courage to attack our fleet.

So if a single Corp isnt willing to storm in to an alliance fleet they cowards ?
IMO it takes a pair to attack them at all but its just stupid to fight the main force since PA has at least 10 times the numbers, and it might be a log on trap and all of a sudden 20 evol fighting 30 PA will be surrounded by 60 PA, after all some members of PA are known for cheating[1on1¦s], backstabbing[Ragnar, Jade) and exploiting(log on traps wich have been admitted on the forums).
So you say you will use deception everytime so its fair to assume that log on traps will be used again, no ?

Ok now here is my story:
1.) I scored couple of 620 dmg hits on Jackal prior to our little engagement against Jackal at 82KM away, so yes I had the long range setup on.
Also my setup was more of a fleet support setup, than a 1vs1 PvP setup, I mean do you seriously think I would PvP someone in a scorpion without any ECM ? lol
A scorp has no chance against a tempest without any ECM, the fact is: Tempest can have more stamina and more firepower, I know this since Tempest is my primary ship.
2.) When you warp to a gang member you can't choose the distance you are warping in at, so when you warp in you will be closer than 15KM to the target, in this case short range setup works the best. Which is exacly what Jackal had on, I beleive he used 800mms or Autocannons, they were not the 1400mms for sure.
So yes it was a trap.
3.) Most important is to pay close attention to the chat log:
We never agreed on 1vs1, he asked for trouble, did I lie? I said I was going to fight him... which did not mean I Was going to be alone. Is it my faut someone is stupid and how does that make this kill less honorable than any other kill.

1. I don't know of any fleet support setup on a scorp apart from ecm, except maybe sensor dampners.
2. If you knew it would be around a 15k fight why fight with long range gear on, unless u all agreed to warp in and gank him prior to starting the fight
3. he plainly says Anyone wanna fight, not Presido wanna fight, so he was not necessarily challenging you or a scorpion and was not necessarily set up to fight a scorpion.

The bottom line is this is a *** tactic whoever you are, whether you are PA, CA, SA or Evolution and you guys should be ashamed of yourself.

I dont understand your problem. Just because the CA like the PA cant handle us you branded us cheats because you cant understand how we beat you all the time.
the fact is:-
We have never and never will use a log on trap
if traveling into the next system baiting you with a couple of ships to attack then jumping back in before the map refreshes is a log on exploit then...

Threads like this really used to get on my nerves but I'm starting to get used to it. We turn up, fight a good clean battle and then before too long our opponents start trying to demonise us into some sort of cheating exploiting nasty people just to justify thier losses and cover their anger at loosing ships.
Every time we fight anyone we end up with threads like this and frankly its getting rather old. We were quietly hoping that the PA wouldn't be like the CA and start crying exploit! as soon as we started killing their ships but sadly we were mistaken.
I know nothing is going to convince you of the fact that we have a sense of honour and exploiting goes totally against the Evolution team mind set so believe what you want. we know the truth and we don't need to waste time trying to dispel your fantasy.

Sutty, go back to the thread and read what the GM wrote, they did not say you weren't doing anything wrong and you know it.
You hide behind the fact that CCP's logs are highly inadequate to catch exploiters then ask players who have a lot less data to give logs as "proof" of what CCP claims it cannot verify.
Thats not even counting that players shouldnt be wasting their time with getting logs/taking screenshots for a bunch of lamers like you to start with. I've seen you use exploits/lame tactics plenty of times.
As for EVOLS "you are wrong and I am right nanana" debating style, I'm not impressed.

Seems you're memory isn't all that good. First of all I never claimed having "solid proof" about anything. Don't put words in my mouth I never used.
You add some things I never claimed, then twist some things I did claim into something similar but not quite, you are just a phathologial liar.
It's nice to see how you ignore any points I make about the proof thing and keep asking "proof" till your blue in the face though.
BTw the only place you beat CA into to ground is your own mind, waiting in a safespot till people get bored is not beating them into the ground. Btw the only reason you don't like big blob fights is that you got your ass handed to you got your ass handed to you in virtually every one of them.
