Is it possible to use ISK from the sale of the character in order to pay for the transfer?

Yes it is, once you receive the ISK, you can do whatever you want with it, but be sure to transfer it to yourself before transfering the pilot !

Transfer fee is always at the seller's charge.

"13. The owner of the character being sold is responsible for the character transfer fee paid to CCP."

How do you put plex in the redeeming section fo the character if you buy them in game then?

You right click on the plex in your inventory and choose return to redeem items !

Rule 14. can we cut this crap out it's pointless I doubt ccp read the corp mails and they make clutter.

Alliance mails would be much more useful.

Can we get a rule that when an auction is started with a beginning price that the seller has to list an end time for the auction?

I'm sick of seeing these "auctions" that have bids over the minimum where the seller keeps trolling for more money before actually selling the character.

There's one up right now that has a 4b min listed and it has a 4.5b offer and the seller keeps saying "I want a little more than that".

It's the liberty of the seller to actually sell or not his pilot. Noone can force a seller to sell or a buyer to buy.

It would be too easy to make money off auctions if it was obligated to sell at the end of any auctions..

I searched this thread but couldn't find a definitive answer:

• If a character has never left the starting NPC corp, there is no need to send a corp-wide mail or leave that corp, correct?

I would assume the starter corporations are valid NPC corps for the purposes of the transfer, but I'd like to know if this has been confirmed by CCP, or if the character must join one of the "backup" NPC corps.

Is it still not possible to transfer char to a steam account?

but to save me reading though all 30+ pages to find answer to the question could someone tell me how to go about "trade" one toon swap for another and possible of ISK included in the deal

If a character transfer is initiated from an account with less than 10 active hours left will it still go through?

Being that I am closing my ALT ACCOUNT and rolling the char into my MAIN I want to maximize the skill time I've paid for. I'll probably have an answer for this before anyone else posts since that 10 hour line is 15 hours hence and in a maximum of 25 hours from now I'll know!

Character transfer intiated with 10h 30m to on account. Judging that the character has been cleared out of my alt account I am sceptical of Krashion's claim. I would love to hear from someone who has tried to transfer under the ten hour line.
