If the voice sounds iffy and the picture looks photoshopped then the only thing left would be a webcam confirmation, you could compare it to the original picture. Thoughts?

Blood sample... Good idea. I wouldn't want to touch the underwear though... Just because you have women's underwear doesn't mean you are a woman. How would we know the blood sample is actually from the player in question though?

If you are trying to do any activities in EvE that require coordination, TS or Vent is a must... Otherwise I agree.. I'd have to be very bored to get on TS/Vent just to chat.
