Also, the behaviors eventually express themselves in the workplace anyway. I myself got 2 bosses fired back in the 80's when I caught them doing lines at their desks. Would've been great and a lot of life-destroying drama avoided for a few other minor employees (situation was complex) had we known it was all a possibility, but we had no social media back then.
Why hire a potential problem when there are tons of other qualified candidates who don't publicly post their behavioral problems and brag about them ?
