Typically I redistribute the flow of power on all my ships so that in the event of a meltdown or destruction of the core, the relays would overload and kill any crew in the likely locations on my ship. I find surviving crew to be a liability.. word of how hazardous or fatal my ships can be can get out (survivors can exaggerate the most minor of inconveniences), sometimes rumors of my occasional and rather unintentional bloodthirst.. you can only extend so much trust.

To this end Erica figured she wanted to have some input in the harm of people in Empire, but herself was faaar too busy enjoying life in Anoikis.

So, she went out to Empire and visited a medical facility. She witnessed hundreds of critically injured people being brought in for care, mostly baseliners, crew from capsuleer vessels who'd survived their destruction. One such horribly injured baseliner was .... Bianca Silver. A crew member from a small ship destroyed in lowsec, she was near-death with her head split almost in two. Erica could see Bianca was a most beautiful Sebiestor beneath the injuries though, and decided to choose her. She funded Bianca's life-saving medical treatment and plastic surgery, showing no signs of the terrible injuries apart from a large scar running from forehead across nose if you look closely. As well as having her healed, Erica payed considerable ISK to have Bianca converted to capsuleer before having all memory of meeting her erased from the Sebiestor's mind.

During the surgery however the diabolical Ms Dusette had a small assortment of very special implants inserted into Bianca's clones. The kind of implants that can monitor, influence and control certain aspects of brain behavior. Bianca would be Erica's covert envoy in her Empire-hate campaign, destined for a life of ganking and debauchery. But she would need monitoring, controlling ....

Erica decided the perfect person to follow, monitor and help push Bianca's "buttons" would be the mysterious Ms Arllette - a former Militia spy and scout who served Erica well during her service with the State militia, she would be perfect for the shady role of being Bianca's ever-present shadow, scout, loot scooper and corpse collector.
