5. for female avatars: reddish eyeshadow gives a feverish and evil look, unfortunately male avatars cannot use eyeshadow.

Actually no. I was thinking about it, but an evil smile is not always required..looking plain grim and angry sometimes works wonders and is easier to do with the character creator. Apparently CCP doesn't want us to smile.

7. Less is more. Don't overdo it to a point where it becomes silly. Be subtle.
