Officially, the only current rule is you have to be in it to win it.
It isn't intended to be serious business or to limit people, just an idea to encourage participation, a bit of lagl spirit (not that there is anything official around that) and have some fun.
Wasn't initially intended to limit people to one entry each, as it's not about who enters, only in the end about what everything thinks of the portraits individually. So multiple entries don't increase anyone's chance to 'win'. They only dilute the votes as that provides more portraits in the total voting pool.
But since this seems to be a common view, I'll sort out with those that have multiple entries which they would prefer and then if people want their portrait changed, I'll change it.

The reason I was asking about rules was....what kind of portraits? Are you looking for scary portraits (in the Halloween theme)? Are you looking for who looks the most different? (if thats the case, I know I'll loose to cosplay Kaa)
I'm just wondering if there was a theme to the contest.
