That would have required user authentication which I have built into the site, but not active as I didn't want it to be that complex. It tracks voting different to that. The security is not overly sophisticated on the surface (no user login for example), but sophisticated enough that the site tracks people attempting to vote multiple times and just adjusts accordingly in the background. Magic... it was made with magic. Awesome site by the way.
