I need to gather up all of the sources on this clone stuff but I'm pretty sure 'fitting' your capsule with hardwires will be a thing in the near future. This would eliminate the need of jump clones for swapping out implant sets in which CCP said was a terrible mechanic and something they wanted to make easier.
I also would not be surprised if they eliminated learning implants either.

So lets see here. Future clone/capsule change prediction.
Implants and hard wires will no longer be plugged into your clones brain and instead will be plugged into the capsule and will not be destroyed when removed to allow quickly swapping out to the optimal implant for the job. This will also negate the need for jump clones and their timer when all you want to do is swap out implants.
If you want to fly an pimped out armor BS with Slaves just plug in your Slave set. Got done with messing around with slow ass battleships and want to fly something fast now? No big deal just swap out your Slave set with your Snake just as you would like you are fitting a ship.
Since implants are now fitted like modules on a capsule and that more than likely removes some technicalities that current exists in the game this will lead to some interesting things. Implants will now drop when you destroy someones capsule so you can now use them.

That sounds cool... but now I will never plug in expensive implants.
