Typically, after meeting in the location ingame and/or in the applicable venue's channel, it'll kick off with a lovely, descriptive narrative of what all parties are wearing. There may even be pictures, but at the least a nice description so both parties can at least see in their mind what the other is wearing. Once everyone knows where they are, who's there, what the venue looks like and what their partner is wearing then they'll get into the good stuff.
