In software dev there are TArchitects, MArchitects, and FArchitects... Technical Architects, Market-oriented Architects, and... yeah. I try to be a TArchitect but must still use slides and bullets every so often. I need to go write some code to recover, I think.

I don't know if anyone knows or not, but has anyone heard anything about the Resist Bonus nerf? With the Amarr and Caldari BS losing 1% per level (down to 4%/level bonus) on their tanky ships, will this nerf be applied across all ship sizes?
