They do a lot and are good at it. Everyone here works 10-12 hours a day 5 days a week minimum. Just our whole company ranges from 22-32 years old. So its totally nuts sometimes.
Weve had gangnam style elevator dancing, harlem shake, chair jousting, tie tug of war, who can get candy into Sarahs (my main subordinate who has amazing boobs) cleavage. To name a few.
Oh and the ever popular chair dancing for no apparent reason. That happens twice a month at least.
Im taking the non crazy ones to Asia with me.

Youtube would have to pay well. They earn a very good salary for their age. Work is long hours but as long as its done they can do whatever they want bar eating each other.
Theyre behaving now though as my boss is giving them "the look". Im just hiding in my office being unproductive as i have nothing to do.

Well the problem with the skirmishing fleet is that the blues aren't really eager to fight. It's a problem RVB has since everyone can get easy pvp so it also allows them to be picky about the fights. I will keep the skirmishing project, but I might scale it down to smaller gangs, like up to 5 stabbers and omens (or HAM caracals). I small gang like this would still be able to get kills from the enemy fleet if flown correctly, but a 5 man gang will appear as 'harmless' against a 20+ fleet, so they will be more likely to engage.
Mixing a skirmishing fleet with a standard fleet wouldn't really work, unless it gets scaled up and becomes a big fleet with several wings with their own FCs. Some nullsec fleets have done it with a main bulk of BSs and then a permamwd drakefleet to sweep around and put pressure on the enemy support ships.
My next project will be something completely different. It will be RR Vexors. So basically it will be a big ball of near unbreakable vexors that brawls at point blank range and unleash hell with their drones. But it takes really good multitasking from the pilots.
