Totally makes me think of the main character in the new Deus Ex games , dunno if it's what you were going for, if yes, you did a good Job!
The goggles put more emphasis on the nose (it makes it look a bit big) and I feel the lighting could have done a nicer 'sci-fi' feel being of a warmer color (yellow, orange), since the skin is very white. But overall pretty good!

Your lower face looks misshaped, swollen, maybe bruised. Rest of the head looks normal to me. Maybe he was talking too much crap and got the bill for it? Would fit the punk theme. Would be kinda cool if we could bruise the faces of our avatars, but i guess that wouldn't end too well.
The pose suggests you won the fight and the viewer (you wouldn't hit me, would you) lies on the ground.

When a character is that zoomed out and one uses so many dark colors I find the contrast between the character and the background isn't given.
The concept and pose of the character is used a bit too widely to be called original. Yet another old Amarr in the victory pose.
Zoomed out the portrait really has good lighting, nice detail and good shadow play. The only flaw of the zoomed out shot are the rabbit teeth. I imagine one couldn't take him serious, when he's barking orders.

What really drags your current avatar down, is your right eye. I'm sorry, but it is just a mess of clipping and I guess, what looks like someone shoved a planet in your eye socket, is also not rendered right. The deformation from the augments shouldn't be that wide. It might be a cool effect, if the rest of the eye would be fixed (clipping and such). Your touching eyebrows are not very nice either.
I think you should try different eye prosthetics. The one you use sadly generates too much clipping and only works in a very limited range of poses. See Paranoid Loyd for a good use.

its alty mc hauler and the b-sharps.
i like the composition, both it, the lighting, colour and the background play well together.
you got a good thing going there and i do like it a lot.
tbh though i feel i have to be harsh for lack of identity on the alt.
you clearly know how to get good things from the portraits and while good
i think you could explore something different with her that pays some lip service to the main.
ill give 7/10 for dom but as its a ctrl-v job on the alt ill give a 4/10 for annah.

At first glance your portrait looks like a kind of smug overconfident dude. Reminds me of Mengsk Jr from Starcraft 2.
But then I zoomed in and WOW that's a difference. Now it's a stiff, forced grin and I feel like either he's in serious pain or is actually a robot.
Putting that one at 10/10 for not being what I was expecting.

That scar looks like it had to hurt, and draws immediate attention to it. The eyes also seem a bit unfocused, but does manage to convey a bit of a scowl at the viewer. I like the red satin dress blouse, though, nice contrast with the hair.
