It's the oldest tactic, and one of the best. Why is it the best? Because it works. How did RA originally get ground down? Too many enemies. How did ECP-8R go down? Who cares if someone has thirty "e733t" pilots in fully T2 fitted sniping battleships if the other guy brings 100 T1 fitted Rohks to the table?
