It is doubtful that I would take a turn on duty in Delve, but Manwe will occupy that role well. Development has set the parameters carefully to protect both Manwe and those with him.

Blood Cult testing facilities are not like research centers in other places. In these horror houses, slaves and a host of other captured, tortured and psychologically tormented individuals are forced to either endure or to commit horrid acts. Both of these groups were destined for the same facility. The former as slaves already, the latter were to be kidnapped and brought against their will for who knows what ends.
We will use every non-violent means at our disposal to help as many out here in this hellish place. Some will find deliverance, but few will ever be the same for the experiences they have endured at the hands of these...

Blood Cultists "decorate" the exterior of their station in spattering that looks like blood; part of their overall MO of terror and fear.
The blood cult is large and sophisticated enough to require significant executive leadership and administrate. Recruiting those with the skill and intellectual acumen necessary for such work is difficult when the beliefs are so extreme. So, kidnapping becomes the way. We managed to liberate a group of business executives destined for forced service. We have also intercepted two weapons shipments that were directed to enforcing the bondage of slave populations in stations where resistance was forming. Overall, there is more work than we can do, so we do what we can.

While I certainly have had my strong philosophical differences with you on non-violence and the implementation of the post-rescue proceedings, the rescue of hapless souls stranded in space was a commendable cause. I find it sad that this chapter in the Cluster's history seems to have passed. I also tremble at the dearth in relief efforts now caused. Perhaps someone or some entities will step into the void.

Mrs. Aspenstar has personally examined their facilities, and Mr. Momaki has returned several thousand recovered kameiras to the Empire through PIE.
And Mrs. Aspenstar, even if Mr. Momaki and his organization may be missing, I at least still make it a priority to check for cans everytime I pass through the systems. |

The Disciples of Ston have resumed rescue patrols on a limited basis after a necessary time of focusing exclusively on our existing Matriculation Communities. Some time and funds have now been secured for re-establishing patrol runs. Also Manwe will be resuming his work in Blood Cult space in the area of covert rescues.

Nine souls were rescued from a deathcan in Niarja/Kaap a short while ago. They join a well-established community of others of like experience; those who have endured and survived the trauma of a deathcan. I would also expect some news soon out of our center in Shenda. There the work is different and rescues come about not from deathcans, but directly out of the clutches of the blood-cult.
During our time of focus out of the pod, I have learned some lessons from our Matriculation community. Something odd happens to capsuleers after a while. Though we have outrageous life-spans, we often live from the perspective of a child, impatient for the school day to end. Some things just take a lot of time, and we need to be patient. As DSTON renews rescue work, we hope that good will result while we continue to strengthen the Matriculation Community.

The time has come to once again open an M-Center in Bahromab, neighboring Niarja. While our Kaap Center is growing in size, it cannot safely be the location where we bring together refugees from systems in the Yekti area. All is set to now establish an active Center in the Ministry of assessment station. Refugees in temporary centers will find more complete accomodations there beginning this week. The crews of bothe the Nyansapo and Emancipate are ready to provide "gentle" transport for young, old, healthy, weak and ill alike.
