Both are against the EULA. If he was sharing his account, it is a bannable offense. If he was sharing his account (Which I think is the case here) I hope he never gets any of his stuff back. :) If he truely got hacked (not likely, I do not think, unless he was associating with isk sellers and got keylogged, in which case see reply #1), then that sucks and I hope CCP restores his stuff.

Pretty much the same goes for all the other flamers. Just grow up and realise the fact thats there is many a way any one of you could succumb to account hacking and then stop casting aspertions on something you aint got a clue about.

Again, being a pirate as a profession means you need to be making more ISK in kills then losing to losses. If you want them to play fair or engage large fleets then maybe you should have them entertain the idea of becoming a PVP corp and they can make ISK on the side carebearing. Some of you people need to spend less time on the forums, your minds are being clouded my nonsense. As for Mr. Muffin Man, some of these people are right. But you have to admit the circumstances surrounding this are quite suspicious, considering the announcement by CCP that a lot of keylogging attempts have been made by ISK sellers and then this thread. It's not hard to put two and two together. I'd bet my bottom isk he did one of two things. Shared account with the wrong person or was buying isk from a farmer and got keylogged. Either way, his loss, his fault, no sympathy.

I highly doubt either of those two situations and I find Mitnal's comments somewhat upsetting since his "helpful advice" inferred something about the situation that isn't the case. If RMT was involved Mitnal wouldn't have said that in this thread, even as general advice, since CCP operates with more discretion in those matters. Join The Muffin Factory

I beta tested planetside and it was the best pvp experience I've ever had in a game. Eve is the first game that ever really came close to that feeling, with dropships paradropping troops in while the tanks advanced up the center.... To be honest, though, the game sucks post release. They really trashed a lot of the things the game had going for it to make it more accessible. In beta, the home sanctuary looked like an airport, with dropships constantly coming and going and squads forming up to get in their transport. In Release? It's a ghost town because everyone just goes to this building that instantly warps you to battle. More accessible? sure. Less awesome? definitely.
