Technically the issue of debt isn't his fault though, I'm sure he'd have paid up if Luci actually bothered to show him the work I did that warranted the payment. Middle men suck.
Either way, someone WILL have to pay it, regardless of how much their alliance has just been robbed by. ------

yes but its all the time you spent ammasing the isk aswell just to have it taken away by something thats illegal.....
i mean it would be just fine if cran decided to warp said dreads into the middle of an enemy capital blob or something and lost them but this is something that he has no control over which makes it unfair and wrong
fair enough but i think the point i was trying to make is that although you've lost them illegally why not just go out in cruisers or something else smaller

Technically speaking you guys would not make very good prosecution witness's as you have motive for coming out and speaking against muffin's it would seem.
The bitterness seems so strong in synthetic frontiers.
You guys have come out with allegations so back them up or look like real idiots on the forums.

Given that I was in your terrible alliance and have not one, but two RL friends who've been or are directors in the muffin factory, yes, I know a few things. If I recall correctly, the Muffin Factory has a couple of freighter alts they share between all the members. I'll try and dig out some names for you, since you seem so innocent and unenlightened.
Oh yeah, and maybe you should try paying attention to corp chat if you've never noticed any account sharing in the muffin factory...

So now we're at the mercy of what you can recall correctly? As far as I know Cran has a freighter alt that he would never let anyone else touch, maybe a few others have freighter alts. If they were sharing them why wouldn't I know who they are?
Originally by: Nexus Kinnon Oh yeah, and maybe you should try paying attention to corp chat if you've never noticed any account sharing in the muffin factory...
We use corp chat? I can't remember the last time I typed anything to another Muffin. We use voice comms. Aside from that, the only thing I can think of is the fact that a few of the "muffinman" characters have been owned by different IRL people. Lots of members have started "muffinman" chars only to trade them when they leave (afterall, what's the point of being named muffinman if you aren't in muffins?). All of this has been done within the constraints of the EULA.
It seems you have vendetta against us so I'm sure you'll say absolutely anything. You are not credible so eat it.

If it was discussed in corp chat, there will be plenty of logs for CCP to look at. I am sure they have better things to do than match up a few IP addresses , but is a simple exercise.
Just maybe you should stop saying "proof or STFU" before someone bothers to dig up the evidence. There will be several muffins, that will not appreciate the attention this thread is creating.

Accusation demands proof, logs or whatever otherwise it just sounds like sour grapes coming from who ever.
Anyone who accuses has to be able to back their claims up otherwise they look like idiots.

I left because your alliance was terrible. You promised muchos empire war with all the muffins involved etc, but it ended up just being the same muffins camping the same gate in the same system at the same hours as before the wars.
As for the names...

hey guys let's camp this gate for a few hours with some logged off falcon alts in case someone actually wants to fight us
oh yeah and surely, the volume of other ex-Sex Panthers posting in this thread should at least be cause for some suspect, after all, why would so many people be posting that the muffins account share unless they actually do?
(it's because we are all on a private ventrilo server organising with precise detail our devious posting strategy with which to besmirch the muffin factory's good name)

Oh yeah, they accused me of being a spy because some reds (Hai2u Vitai!) thaty just happened to be my friends (That's right, Dr Slice.) were only shooting me to structure, or not shooting at all. And to say I'd sell my mother for a pack of smokes? I don't smoke! Perhaps for a falcon alt, however...

I dunno, why the smack talking/rumor spreading then?
It seems a lot of people here simply have a vendetta which I guess I don't understand. I know Cran's personality clashes with others upon occasion but I've yet to meet an effective CEO that didn't have eccentricities that some folks just were incompatible with. For whatever reason, even people who left on good/indifferent terms come back to haunt us. *shrugs*
As far as actual engagements, we haven't done much gate camping lately (prior to the theft) and have had numerous engagements where we went in outnumbered and slaughtered everyone. Things are a bit different for us, we have much more roaming in 0.0. I guess I have to ask, if you didn't want gate camping, why'd you join Muffins in the first place? We camp gates, no secret there. If you simply grew tired of it, I can understand, so did we. I go between wanting to camp almost exclusively for a month or two to being totally sick of it. One thing is for sure: it's not exciting work, it's chaining tards, but it'll tend to line your pockets given enough patience. It is what it is.

Intended in a non-smacktalking way : I had not actually done gate camping before. I'd been mostly empire war/low sec belt surprises. I joined muffin factory to pirate and yes, gatecamp. I grew tired of having to have a scout in every system around me, of roaming being frowned upon. In the end, I wish I'd just stayed with empire wars. I know you're going to reply with "AH! WE WISH YOU WOULD HAVE STAYED IN EMPIRE, TOO!" but...whatever. It's good to see you've been going for engagements instead of praying to catch fearsome frigates and such, with the occasionally lucky BS kill, though.

I love the criticism of our use of Falcons. It's a common theme in Eve. Lose a battle and you suck, win and it's because you didn't tie a hand behind your back. I'm unapologetic about employing tactics that help us win.

I have no problem with falcons, in fact I'm sitting in one now. I only object to have multiple logged off falcons 200km off the gate you are camping and logging them on when there's a risk of an actual engagement.

I think what Nexus is trying to say is that there's a fine line between people who play to win, and people that play for the fun of the fight, regardless of the outcome. Sure it sucks losing ships, but having no risk at all is a bit boring, for some.

BS kills are nice for the KB but sometimes fearsom frigates drop freighter BPOs (true story). Like I said, gate camping isn't about anything other than making ISK, and even this requires patience. Do you think anyone finds it pleasant to kill shuttles and frigates all day long? Probably not (at least I hope) but once you win the lottery all those old tickets seem worth it, right?

I know, I remember the frigate dropping the freighter BP. I think I'd just joined or was about to. Anyway, it seemed to be the main activity, more of a thing to do for fun rather than just ISK. Just the orders to dock and such from one, maybe two reds in local got annoying. I know the red could potentially have a cyno and ruin the fleet, but that's the fun of EvE, taking risks like that. Well, for me it is anyway.

And I quote from my other RL friend that the falcon alts are "logged off". I assume he was telling the truth.
