BACON useless after patch?

Oh btw, Lord Evangelian, i'll guess you haven't seen my 10 pages long topic about the BACON thing?. The topic was locked some weeks ago though. But you could see why things like BACON is BAD, BAAAAAAAAD for the game there.

Well I don't see CCP telling anyone that they aren't allowed to use it. So it still is an 'approved' program. And lets be honest here, I don't see any way for CCP to prevent people running whatever programs they want on their own computers. Any method they try to use to detect a program will just be bypassed, along with risks of it throwing false positives. Much easier to just allow the program while you work out ways to disable it.

Bob using it?? tss, why should they when they got perfectly good intell anyway. they have always been anti third party software, whit the exeption of teamspeak and IRC.
