Are you intending to use it for PvE (Missions, Ratting) or PvP? Depending on what you want to do with it will influence the fitting.

and 4 x medium f-s9 regolith shield induction (+900)
and medium c5-l emergency shield overload i
may be a photon scattering field i

Nah - ASH is the way to go. No finish needed - just polish and you have a natural greyish finsh on your wood.

But anyway, here's a fitting for Drake
Hi: 7 Heavy Launchers, wat ever else you like that fits
Med: 2 Large Shield Extender, 1 Shield Recharger, 2 Rat Specific Hardener, 1 Sensor Booster
Lo: 4 Shield Power Relay
Rig: 3 Shield Purger I's
You can swap a launcher for an additional LSE, and get rid of the sensor booster:)
Work your way to use all t2 stuff for this fit, after that you can pretty mch tank lvl 4's

Just paint it hello kitty style and put some tractor beams (4) and rest salvagers in highs.
Mid slot should be afterburner, some cap batterys and thingis that make ur cap recharge faster.
Lows go all honour tanking mods.
Rigs probably mix of cargo optimation (2) and poly.
