If I believed you actually care about the game and it's future development for the entertainment of all, rather than for the select group of individuals with similar immature and reckless atttudes you represent, then I'd believe the apology.

If you really care about the game and not just your self interest, man up and resign immediately. Go off and carry on roleplaying the super villain, which of course I believe panders to your childish egomaniacal sense of worth. By all means, continue leading the herd of bleating sheep you call an alliance to glory, just don't think you can pander to the masses ("pubbies"?) or CCP and worm your way out of a display of total real life arrogance and lack of decency.

CCP if this foolish individual continues to hold onto his CSM title it will make a mockery of the organisation. I strongly suggest he is asked to resign.
