WTF CCP, I work hard for my standings and security status, I don't need it being cut in half again. I had it dropped from 10.0 to 2.0 then from 9.0 to 4.5 (with castor) and now from what I read your going to do it again? Whats the point in getting a high security status if your jsut going to chop it on me?

There was no standing drop associated with this patch. Seriously though. The increased mass of my souped up speed Executioner is slowing down completion of my courier missions by ohhhh....about 30 seconds. Please do something about this horrific anti-Amarr move

Trying to leave stations last night I was having about a 40% success rate. Kept trying to load sub-space and never got beyond black screen. Logout and back in and would find my ship outside station

The losses should be verifiable, and if not, though luck on ccp i imagine. Bug liek this one cause too much grief not to be compensated for.
Missiles should no longer cause accidental CONCORD responses. Player owned objects in space will still trigger CONCORD response if using area of effect weapons.

So, Oveur, then why is the Expanded Cargohold I not "freely available" on the market? It's been a half a year now since it was brought ingame, and even though it is a Tech Level 1 item, it is still not on the market to purchase the BPO. Enough is enough, get the darn thing on the market.

I just did a kill mission for a level 2 agent to check the heavies after the patch and got four (!) rat spawns ( ) but the cheapest rats (Blood Raider 5500 Bounty) gave no bounty. Neither the transaction log, nor the wallet ammount shows their bounty. |

Are the turret falloff and optimal ranges inverted? ie, such guns as a 425mm proj are hitting very well at optimal+falloff, but under optimal miss like mad (these are supposed to be short range guns) on stationary bs targets. In other words is something up with the mathematics or is it supposed to be that way.
2. What exactly is happening with the auditing, is it being audited that the guns were nerfed to much, or are they auditing whether the mathmatics are wrong. (Chaos wasn't at all like this with these changes)
3. Was this the intended result regarding short range BS guns of all types? (currently short range bs guns are ineffective because you can't hit below optimal mwd in can actually hamper your hitting)
4. While large Proj's needed a nerf, they have been rendered by far the worst guns in the game by a large margin, was this intentional or was this just an offset of the tracking changes.
5. Are Nosferatu's supposed to be ineffective against NPC's and why? If they are ineffective against npc's noone will equip them except for pvp. Unlimited cap on NPC's shouldn't factor in, in PVP your opponent arguable has unlimited cap you can get until one of you is destroyed and combat is ended. Having a tiny frigate npc around and taping it while fighting others can be circumvented by making nos's scale down a percentage on smaller ships. (Heavy nos would only grab 10% of it's cap grab on a frigate, cruisers 50%, battleships 100% etc).
6. Can we expect a change to how ammo is stacked in the cargo hold to fix the reload bug?

I am not sure if he is confused, or if this is also happeneing with the 425 proj, as this is what is happening with the 425 rails.
So, I propose a name change from 425mm RAILGUN to 450mm RAILGUN, or change the projectile name, to end the confusion of what a 425 is! ------------------------------------------------

Wow, my solar system is broken. 
Can't lock any targets or see any modules working in the Osmon system. These things work next door though. Tried to petition it, but that seems to be broken as well.
Anyone else having the "no-lock" problem? |

I was talking about the 425mm projs not rails, seems to be that way with all guns afaik.

I still seem to get stuck every now and again while undocking - the tuning in ob sub space frequency message just loops over and over. thought it was fixed with fridays hotfix but it isnt - please address the bug Devs ;) -----------------------------------

I haven't seen this metioned in this thread but are the Powerplant manager Beach Ball looking things gone? I lost a ship to this and have sent 2 emails to the support staff and have yet to get a reply. "Light travels faster then sound, thats why some people appear bright until they speak."

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, if so, my apologies.
It now seems that the 'Connections' skill only modifies standings with Concord? I thought this is what the 'Fast Talk' skill was for. Concord is the only Corp with the modification to my standing from the skill, taken into account in my info screen?
Little bit confused about that one.
Also, I can't seem to hit anything with 250mm rails. Or rather, very rarely. I'm pretty new to the game, in comparison to some I suppose - but am I doing something wrong here, should I be trying something new? If so, any suggestions? NZEA 4 Lyfe |

i think this only happens when you dock and undock within a short amount of time.

perhaps mentioned already but
the new items (rails, ballistic thingy, cruise launcher) dont show up on the market. the blueprints are there. i have put some 200mm rails on the market at wysalan but they dont show up.

lost my battleship due to that... one second all modules/drones are working, next second nada (beams were still ok).. well i was scrambled by npc-frigs and couldnt do a damn thing because the server wont let me do anything (gangmates had the same problem but they werent scrambled and could warp to safety..)
i wrote a petition about that but it wasnt answered yet this is the most annoying way to lose a bs (it was not lag because the npcs and my guns and chat and all worked fine just my bloody modules and drones didnt work)... -----------------------------------------------

Besides the turrent hitting being audited, there's a problem with optimal range. It seems the best range to hit at is Optimal + Falloff. I hit about 90% more at that range besides Optimal range....

i have noticed 5 anoyng things ... !- most anoyng ones :)
1!. when u try to warp to safe spot when u are under fire ur ship is geting some speed and then it starting to slow down ... to avoid it u must manualy get full speed and align to safe spot ..
2!. why there is no more standing information under security status in player info screen? its takin resources from SQL servers coz u allways must check relationship under standings tab ...
3. sometimes when u undock u stuck at entering space thingy ... only relog helps ..
4!. Local chat is bugged ... it dnt show all ppl in system (not allways)
5!. sometimes u dnt see other ship in same grid (its happed 2 times to me and im lucky that allways it was a frendly guy) but i saw that 1 guy talked about hes being shoot by invisible target ... i dnt think its a grid bug coz if so .. we will be unable to see each other
happy fixing ;]
