Yashri was the name of my Dog which died a horrible death, I find it offensive, please change it.
So HMV consider Andy Williams and Dean Martin to be "easy listening" do they? Tell that to my mate Dave, he's been deaf for 20 years.

Estios i just want to tell u that im in the harry potthead fanclub i got the harry pothead pen,t-shirt,underwear,rubbergloves and all that stuff i also mailed my pubic hairs to the lead actor in the movies and i find your banner to be in the worst taste ever, im afraid ill have to petition it

I still dont understand that people can find name no matter wich name it is offensive ... i could understand if it was a personal attack but for christs sake its only a name prolly made in fun for fun
same goes for BIO wich i had to change and lost alot of good comments on that and prolly many others lost a good laugh

This depends entirely on your point of view, an Eskimo would't care, a descendant of the people murdered by this scumbag (the rl-one, not then in-game-one) would have another opinion...

Im glad you find it offensive though, I guess its that love/hate thing. Like when you used to make fun of the girl at school who smelt of urine and had dirty hair but secretly away from your mates you wanted to shag her silly.

It seems strange to me, that there is more freedom in choosing name in RL than EVE. While you can kill someone in EVE, but is illegal and wrong in RL, you can change your RL name to anything that can be written with alphabet of official language(at least in every democratic society).
And i don't understand how can anyone be offended by someones elses name. Actually.. i don't understand how can people be offended by anyone to whom they aren't emotionally attached. (eg. by total stranger?)

nope in germany parents arent allowed to names their children in any humiliating way or even that everybody else would laugh at them.
and you sure arent allowed to take every name you want, try to name you ***** binLaden in the USA, or Adolf ****** in germany. i think the state has something against them (maybe you dont get your name in germany, in USA you may get the name and you get a holiday in guatanamo near Cuba  )

i had the name proholio all through beta and 2 months into retail before i was told to change it. i chose cornholio which was also deemed offensive yet theres a char named cornhulio go figure.....yet you see names like fat slag and lardass ingame all the time

Why don`t you just stop looking at the name? You don`t HAVE to see it if you don`t want to. It`s like **** magazines; some people find them offensive, but you don`t have to look at them :p Damn, even MY name is offensive if you miss-spell it!

what would you do if i named my kid something offensive? nothing but complain. but who would you complain to? no one. because it's a stupid point. anything can by offensive to anyone. just because you find it offensive doesn't mean it is. quit trying to force your opinion onto others...

Just report it under harrassment, because that is what it is. 99.99999999% of the kids who create offensive and derogatory names know that what they are doing is wrong to begin with. But the idea of upsetting or angering someone else is often too tempting for their degenerative minds to resist. Unfortunately, the only way to teach these kids manners and respect nowadays requires the use of a baseball bat, a pot of boiling oil, and a 12 guage shot gun.

Oh Estios, you make me feeling so bad. To think I could end as XXL sushi 
But thinking this through you could come to the conclusion that somebody like an Eskimo, to whom the not-so-esteemed, gladly late rl-Adolf is a remote and abstract footnote of history would not feel as concerned about him, as, lets say, a modern day Israeli, whose parents or grandparents might have had to live through one of the deathcamps.
To make something a harassment it needs a strong emotional quality. An Eskimo might feel more concerned when remembering some occurences connected to white fur traders, hunters and missionaries.
This is only my point of view.
And you would really force the poor Eskimos to eat me? That's cruel on these poor folks, they would never touch meat again...
