Map and Navigation
- 'Jumps in the last hour' map display option is broken.
Modules / Fitting / Cargo
- Artillery turret falloff values were supposed to increase according to patch notes, but instead were decreased by the given value.
- Drones will sometimes acquire new, random targets that are not hostile, sometimes even the owner.
- Shield boosters and armor repairers do not work while in warp.
- Fitting requirements for named launchers are mixed up.
- 200mm railgun does not display damage/rof bonus from hybrid damage mods.
- Modules sometimes switch to offline randomly (again).
- Weapons sometimes will shoot ceaselessly until out of ammo.
- When reloading several weapons at a time, sometimes they do not reload because the ammo stack is not active shortly after the first weapon begins reload.
- Drones can often hit targets after the target has moved far out of its targeting range.
- Typo: Photon ammo blueprints produce Proton ammo charges.
- When boarding a ship in space, the activation costs of the turrets are incorrect until the turrets are reloaded.
- Passive targeter still in effect after the module is toggled offline.
- Concord frigates have a Gallente description.
Space and Combat
- When launching a secure container for corp and selecting Anchor, message is given that it's already anchored, but it is not.
- Warping to a mission bookmark will sometimes result in invisible npcs and mixed up scanner results, possibly grid related.
- Gang warp to bookmark does not work.
- Missiles may still knock your ship around wildly, even from light missiles.
- When cargohold modules are put offline in space, it does not reflect the changes to cargo and speed.
- Covert Ops ships with covert ops cloak become decloaked when entering warp.
- Some smaller (frigate) NPCs do not give bounty isk when killed by missiles.
- Max character limit for ship name is 20 in station, and 100 in space.
Graphics/Visual
- Warp animations flicker.
- Models sometimes get stuck to the hull of your ship.

- Market: Inactive items market listing shows blueprints for rookie ships and some special ships that should not be listed.
- Escrow: only lists a fraction of the total number of offers available.
- Escrow: when an escrow mission expires, the contents are dropped in the owner's hangar inside a mission package. The package however can not be opened remotely, thus preventing the items from being escrowed again unless the owner visits the station personally to break the seal.
- Escrow: pressing the 'X' button on the escrow confirmation counts as a 'Yes' response.

A few projectile weapons now have falloff values that do not match those posted by TomB the day before the patch (they are too low).
À 220mm Vulcan Autocannon and 425mm Autocannon should have 9,000 faloff and not 8,000 falloff. À 650mm and 720mm Artillery should have 17,500 falloff and not 12,500 falloff. À Dual 650mm and 800mm Repeating Artillery should have 18,000 falloff and not 16,000 falloff.

BTW, the clicking on your speed dial coming out of warp isn't a bug. Changing your desired max speed isn't going to do anything because your ship is trying to stop... I'm not sure what you expected, but changing desired speed won't help you "get nowhere, faster". ;-)

Named 720mm artillery uses the 650mm turret model on a ship instead of the 720mm model. This means a ship looks like it is equipped with 650mm artillery, where it in fact has named 720mm artillery equipped.
By the way, this isn't new to 1618, it's been around for a while. ________

Agree with Sam, double clicking your speed after warp has never changed your speed. Your ship is always stopped when you come out of warp & setting a max speed will not change that.

Game client locks when running in alt+tab mode. Windowed mode works.
System: Amd XP 1900+ Windows XP Pro (SP1). Geforce 3 ti500 64mb (56.72 drivers). 7200RPM 39GB Harddrive. 768MB DDR pc2100 ECC Registered memory (266mhz FSB). Soltek 75 DRV2 motherboard with Via kt233 (133mhz FSB). Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum (latest drivers). Driectx9.0b
I have logserver report which shows the errors in logserver during the game client lock. It seems to happen when coming out of autopilot, entering a new system, or the act of alt+tabbing it itself. Randomn though if I had to guess and isnt specifically tied to any of those actions.
Please request logserver file with an email if you would like to see it (CCP). You can reach me by the email on my account info or by asking in this forum. Also logged the exceptions I am getting but I think it is a driver issue with nvidia(news page when logging in< and a few misc in space exceptions)?

You can attach the logserver file to a Bug Report under EVE Insider. Be sure to include a detailed description of the scenario causing the lockup.

Hmm the logserver I dont htink got sent in correctly bc I didnt zip it maybe. I noticed that. I will zip it up, redo the bug reprot and send it in again along with the dxdiag I missed out on.

Trader of low end stuff and NPC goods. Recycler of junk.

I dont think large turets work any different than they did before patch , i heard many people complain bout this and i used them myself and havent noticed any difference.

4. Turrets still seem to shoot best at falloff + optimal, but admitedly I am using small turrets close up which could rely heavily on tracking.
5. making any changes while launching from station causes ship to go awry. Fly through wall off in different angle in Minmatar space. However, in Mastakomon instead of flying through the wall, you get a huge burst of speed to about 2000m/s, even if you are in a hauler 
6. Time to warp is not consistent. Sometimes when leaving a station it takes forever to warp as the ship turns slowly toward its location. Other times the ship can turn a complete 180 and warp in under 3 seconds. Going to warp seems to take enormous time when the direction of the target is around 90 degrees from launch direction.
7. "My corp members in space" still refreshes in an amount of time I can not determine, but its not everytime i select the option or open the map.
8. If a person enters a system a very very short period of time after I do, he does not show up in local, though he is in the system. Window closing and reopening does not work.
9. The system menu in the top left corner sometimes does not work. The bookmarks that would show up in thhe menu instead get stuck to the mouse in a shadow form. The bookmark subment is slightly offset to the right and above where it should be. You can not select it, and the shadow of the fully opened submenu stays attached to the mouse. Never had that before.
10. I am also noticing the top item in the scanner gets stale. Wonder if its related to the bug with the ore scanner were your scan list never changes until you manually hit "clear," though quantities do update. havent examined that one since patch. ____ If your not dyin' your not tryin'. |

4. Turrets still seem to shoot best at falloff + optimal, but admitedly I am using small turrets close up which could rely heavily on tracking.
5. making any changes while launching from station causes ship to go awry. Fly through wall off in different angle in Minmatar space. However, in Mastakomon instead of flying through the wall, you get a huge burst of speed to about 2000m/s, even if you are in a hauler 
6. Time to warp is not consistent. Sometimes when leaving a station it takes forever to warp as the ship turns slowly toward its location. Other times the ship can turn a complete 180 and warp in under 3 seconds. Going to warp seems to take enormous time when the direction of the target is around 90 degrees from launch direction.
7. "My corp members in space" still refreshes in an amount of time I can not determine, but its not everytime i select the option or open the map.
8. If a person enters a system a very very short period of time after I do, he does not show up in local, though he is in the system. Window closing and reopening does not work.
9. The system menu in the top left corner sometimes does not work. The bookmarks that would show up in thhe menu instead get stuck to the mouse in a shadow form. The bookmark subment is slightly offset to the right and above where it should be. You can not select it, and the shadow of the fully opened submenu stays attached to the mouse. Never had that before.
10. I am also noticing the top item in the scanner gets stale. Wonder if its related to the bug with the ore scanner were your scan list never changes until you manually hit "clear," though quantities do update. havent examined that one since patch. ____ If your not dyin' your not tryin'. |

shield hardenners now can't be switched on while in warp, also the warp cancels any shield hardenner wich was on before the warping.
The launchers still are bugued in the named series, should be malkuth>limos>zw>arbalest. But it's still zw>malkuth>limos>arbalest since 1548.

Escrow isn't showing all items if you select 'show all', been there for a long time, probably wasn't supposed to be fixed, but still ...
Assemble a new ship, go out and warp -> cap is set to 0. Doesn't matter how far you warp. Also seems to happen if you mount a mwd and try to activate it after undocking the first time. Docking again and undocking fixes it.

I had the same thing happen, repackaging your ship seems to fix it. Why hasn't it been fixed since it's a well known bug? Dunno.

Armour hardeners now work in warp, but armour repairers do not.
Autoscanner is a bit b0rked, seems to keep hold of the closest or most recent at top of list and even seems to overwrite what should be there with the old data or not replace it correctly.

Ok after rebooting yesterday the morning of the 9th of july now it seems all modules work in warp guns included cant target much when your warping so in essence you are now back to last year when this was all possible to do sensor boosters shield hardeners etc all work now and only since the reboot on stated date above.

Standing and Security Status When looking at standings of another player or corporation, you cannot see what player corps like or dislike them. Resetting standings on a corp/player seem to make this show back up, but obviously that doesn't help much. This is a display problem, as the standings are correct, you just can't see them.

My guess is that the sort-routine for the rightclick menu is not sorting on the entire line, but only on the visual part in the menu. A quick solution could be to change the bookmark sentence, so the number part would be listed first.

Guristas Bulkers (Indys I think, since they dropped large amounts of minerals) has no mesh assigned and thus are only visible on the scanner. However since it has no mesh to calculate distance too, the distance will be locked at what it was when you first entered the belt. So they can orbit you and it still states "74 km". Also from EVE-I they seem to have cruiser-stats, HP, bounty etc.
Your 425mm Prototype I Gauss Gun perfectly strikes some nublar, wrecking for 1155.0 damage. |

At the moment it's impossible for a Amaar BS users to hunt NPC BS's, because you've given them high EM dmg, but you've also shifted most of lasers dmg into that grp so you can't even drop their shields.
While you can vary crystals this still is a problem, as to shift from EM at the moment also massively reduces their range and gives tracking probs on Tachs etc due to this.
Instead I think crystals should allow the user to change the frequency of his beams and set dmg type more rather than effect just range, and think carefully about removin high resistances off NPC's but giving them a hitpoint boost instead.

I have posted this as a thread also, but I'll add it here:
Deleting folders in People & Places is bugged.
This has happened to me since the patch and Neomorph confirmed the same on the General Discussion forum.
If you delete a folder of bookmarks, it correctly removes the contents of the folder, but instead of deleting the folder, it deletes the next folder down in the list.
This results in all the bookmarks in that second folder dumping out of the folder into the main people & places section, since they have no folder to be in anymore.
Meanwhile, the folder you wanted to delete sits there still, albeit now correctly empty.
While this doesn't result in the loss of bookmarks it's annoying and confusing, especially if it means your bookmarks get mixed up.

It appears that security status is now stuck at 5.0 I was at 4.5 about a month ago and now am at 5.0 and have killed numerous guristas battleships spawns and have not received one security status increase.

You don't get the 'Asteroid is depleted' message if you are mining that asteroid with drones alone. As soon as you use a laser the message works fine.

That might be to do with other settings in your scanner, there are some that show multiple types when ticked. Show entities if I recall correctly.

Torp effects need nerfing due to slowdown.
Also there's a bug associated with Torp effects where they don't switch off after a torp explodes and is locked onto a players ship, so they follow you into warp etc.
Linked to object pickup on ships I think.
Session related probs with Bookmarks vanishing requiring relog, and scanner not updating requiring relog, modules not applying their effects in fitting requiring relog.
Switch from full screen to window mode puts client in 640*480 mode window and ignores setting till switched to higher res window then back.
BPC's aren't 'consumed' after last run has been used requiring user to trash, and no way to distinguish BPC's from BPO's without info, pallette modification required.

i've read all the list, i can't see anything mentioned on it or the orginal post so here it goes.
something's up with the 1400mm guns, i don;t know what but i can't hit beyond 300 with them, even wreaking shot's which i am getting get at most 250-260, now wither this is to make way for the new tech2 gun's coming out i don't know.
all i do know is this, 3-4 weeks ago i was getting wreaking shot's of 850, 1-2 weeks ago it won;t go past 300, this has effectly cut my NPC hunting ablity, i have try'd titanium sabot's AND phased plasma ammo for my gun's, and i have started from 90km+ all the way down to 20km's at a tier1 amarr BS, and it has never gotten past 300, i have try'd damage mod's and tracking mod's, nothing is helping
can u look into this?

Insurance system broken!
Lost Apoc today after it refused to align from missile buffeting, to add insult to injury even though the ship was Platinum insured, never repacked etc only recieved basic payout.

This is on chaos (1717), but maybe on the current TQ build too:
When docking with a pod on a station you don't have an active ship (means you can trash your pod and the beginner ship and got no ship in the hangar. Undocking shows the "can't undock" message after removing the station bar. This makes it impossible to buy a ship on the marked or start trading (even see who's in station) with people in the station. Only a client restart solves that. The "can't undock" message should appear before hiding the station pane.

Autoreload sometimes (about 33% of the time) does not work on rocket launchers. exremely disturbing, since are empty very quickly and have to be monitored if they need to be manually reloaded. autoreload is turned on of course =)

After warping into a belt in the middle of a group of rats and being targeted by them the 2nd high slot weapon sometimes auto-activates firing on the first target.
This can screw things up since you have to wait for it to deactivate before activating it again on the target you want.

Then why do you get the message when you use mining lasers? You should get the same message when using mining drones that you do when you use mining lasers for exactly the same reasons.

Armror Hardeners currently have typo in Research times. They are currently set to 120,000, which is 10x any other Tech 1 ship's equipment of 12,000. It has made it through several patches this way, regardless of the fact that I have submitted a petition and bug reports. ------------------- |

Armror Hardeners currently have typo in Research times. They are currently set to 120,000, which is 10x any other Tech 1 ship's equipment of 12,000. It has made it through several patches this way, regardless of the fact that I have submitted a petition and bug reports. ------------------- |

There is still extreme lag with acts of aggression, even in non empire space where it should not be calculated. It makes low bandwith users unable to pvp at all, sometimes the lag can last up to several minutes.

- set navcom to auto hide and minimised
- pin a window near to the edge of the minimised navcom
- when navcom autohides it drags the pinned window with it
- now the pinned window can be moved around as if it wasnt pinned

** Using TAB to switch targets does not always work ** Using the TAB button to switch between multiple targets proves to be unreliable - it gets stuck to whatever target it's on for unclear reasons. (Happened both on first target I locked as well as occasionally on others - perhaps something to do with what you are currently actively firing on)
** No proper logging of escrow transactions ** If you sell something through escrow there is no way I know of to check what you have sold. This can be a major frustration, since you can only see "Escrow transaction" and the amount of money that was tranferred to your account, but not what you have sold. Suggestion : Change description in journal from "Courier Mission Escrow" to Escrow : [ Description of items/products when entered into Escrow by player ]. This would allow for far better management of escrowed products.
** Entering items in Escrow - cannot enter a single item from a stack ** Remotely un-stacking items from a stack through Escrow is currently impossible. This is a major limitation to the escrow system - if you have a pile of minerals or a stack of weapons, and someone wants to buy ONE weapon or a fixed amounts of minerals you cannot "unstack" the minerals, but only select to escrow whatever the amount is that they are stacked in. Only fix is to un-stack all weapons (Nuisance), and to un-stack all minerals (impossible)

** "Dragging sound" very rarely gets stuck/looped For unclear reasons it happens that when you hover items above your cargowindow too long in space, the "dragging sound" (deep, slow whoohooom) keeps repeating forever.
** Cargohold names The cargohold of a ship can either be named "My cargo" or "Shipname's cargohold". This sometimes switches, yet unclear what makes it change.
** Reloading gun changes rightclick menu When reloading a gun the right-click-on-the-gunslot menu changes from normal the menu that appears when you rightclick space outside of weapon modules on the central navigation controls.
** Armor/hull incorrectly showing as regenerating When armor or hull are damaged, the animation on the indicators on the navcontrols incorrectly suggests that they are regenerating (Flashing last dot). It should not flash but be static instead, since it does not regenerate out of itself (Unlike shield that continously regenerates)
** Intensive in-station tasks increase volume on certain streams/channels dramatically When scrolling through a large number of items this raises the load on either local client or server, this generating slight visual lag but more disturbingly the volume of some of the background voices / sounds doubles, and also makes it "stretch" ocasionally (Making a given sample's duration last longer than it was intended to)

While fighting rats in roid belts they dissapear in mid battle whether they've taken on damage or not.

People & places totally borked, can't change tabs, do searches etc., also neither rightklicking in space or using top-left accessthingy works, it justs hangs the comp abit then nothing happens. Relogging doesn't fix the problem

Rats often despawn in mid-battle...its not a bug, tho its annoying!
