The patch was downloaded but it Epic Failed verification indicating that the file was Implemented CCP. Would you like to download the file again?
You will not be able to enter the game until CCP have Fixed the patch.

Look folks you think it's easy keeping all those hamsters going in the cluster? They need feeding, cleaning, taking care of and the little blighters go on strike without so much as a moment's notice siting "union rules" or just make for freedom as fast their little Nike trainers carry them. They will all be be back in their little wheels soon enough so we can get back to commiting to our second life rather like we should be our first. :)
I for one applaud CCP's willingness to fix the current issues so quickly and Wrangler if ever someone deserves a medal for patience then I hereby award you one.

i dont care how long it takes, but i want to be able to play once the server is back up and dont have to deal with corrupted patches. lol

Downloaded the premium patch - and patched succesfully. Guys, don't use autopatcher and be happy

Exactly, it's nice that the memory leak issue was addressed this soon. Assuming of course that patch works, CCP has earned the medal.

The problem is they won't let the server go live until they get the autopatcher working right. They may even pull the patch and rollback, leaving you maunual patchers up the creek without a compatible version until the re-do the patch.

That is one way to fill customer time. Make them read all the prior posts - may be with a mandatory checkbox. It is beautifully self-limiting as the number of posts grow.
On the other hand, I think most people just prefer ASAP update information about additional delays -- as soon as it is suspected you are going to miss your current posted goal. I at least would prefer to see you come up a little bit earlier than your last posted estimate of completion.
The quibble about 8 minutes left in prior CCP post was pretty bad as any reasonable person could tell that the server wasn't going to be up in 8 minutes. I mean even without a new patch to post, EVE normally takes 500 seconds for the last phase.

Can anyone confirm that the classic patch also works from manual download ? TBH I never auto-patch anyways.
