What do you think is the most poorly designed ship that is so dysfunctional and broken that it can't even be fit or used properly?
For me I would go with the Omen, its powergrid is so small that you can only fit 5 weakest short range weapon with barely any powergrid for a prop mod and other utilities, you can't fit any semblance of tank one it.

The Omen is a pretty good example, but at least its a T1 cruiser. May I point your attention to the "low tier" faction cruisers for some examples of *expensive* crappy ships? :)

True I have never seen those cruisers ever flown in nearly all my EVE career. Just looking at the stats make them look abysmal. |

If you're putting the Vigil up there, the Crucifier also needs work. Really, the only T1 ewar frigate that's reasonable is the Griffin.

However, I don't think I have ever seen anyone fly an exequror navy issue as long as the thorax has existed. |

The Eagle is a comedy ship. It's a ****** version of Zealot, basically. Please, CCP, fix it before you fix the goddamned Omen and Bellicose... If you fit blasters, you can't fit a web without wrecking your tank, and your damage is still bad when compared to range. If you fit railguns, your damage is just plain worthless. |

I know a man who holds by that ship for his life, X Gallentius. Then again for a gallente militia member, exequror navies cost around 2 isk. |

Omen and whatever the T1 Gaurdian is. The Omen needs PG and the other one lacks a point other than target practice.

CCP obviously play minmatars. Amarr ships have the most fitting problems, but you can stick Battleship weapons and a doomsday on a rifter and still have enough room for 6 or 7 XL shield extenders. |

Seems related to a thread "most useless bonuses" or something like tha
So, all the T1 "logi like" ships - WTF are the combining logi functions with mining functions in the same ship (Osprey, the schrythe, sort of The exequror? wtf, cargo capacity bonus? so its just a really crappy logi boat, is its niche supposed to be following a fleet into a plex that doesn't allow anything bigger than cruisers - to take loot and give reps I don't understand what this cargo capacity bonus is supposed to be for..
And of course, the repping capabilities are insufficient to make them useful, maybe if they could fit large reppers/energy transfers
As for the navy issue exequror, I'd rather see it be like a halfway decent logi - but in its current role I will point out that it is significantly faster than a Thorax, its ROF bonus means its 4 turrets are 5.33 "effective turrets" before the 5% damage per level is factored in (but the thorax has this, so they cancel out), and it has the same low and med slot distribution I'm guessing the lower number of highs makes the fitting about the same So you get 6.67% more turret DPS, and 78 m/s more speed (45.8% faster) for the loss of about 200 armor, 200 shield, and 200 hull H ... and then its got half the drone bay of the normal exequror
So, yea its pretty bad, but with a bit of an HP+ grid buff, + drone bay buff, I could see it basically being a fast Thorax (though I'd rather see it with a Thorax model, and call it the navy Thorax, and if we must have a Navy exequoror, make it a more effective logi for those that dont yet have Logi skills
Just as the Gallente Navy Tier1 fills basically the same role as the Gallente Tier3, I see that with the IN Augor and the Maller (with the caldari, its more of the tier 2 it overlaps with)
With Tiericide coming, I hope the previous "tier 1" faction ships become significantly better than the "tier 3s" vs just marginally better
But to top the list Procure Why would anyone ever fly one of those Can't wait a couple hours to get a retreiver, despite waiting days to get industry to V? Want to fly something that gets outmined by a BS or BC, and is easy to gank, and can't do anything else
Drop this ship completely, or make it faster, more agile, smaller sig radius, better tank, and give it launcher hardpoints - something that is half miner, and half combat frig/cruiser |

Gotta use its speed to your advantage - been able to catch a few guys that a Thorax wouldn't be able to chase down. But otherwise yeah it's a glorified Thorax with fewer drones. |

Concerning the Exequror, it actually isn't THAT bad. Of course, it's not that good that you would always want to have some with you, but it definately serves as a cheap, solo armor logi. And that's what the (btw enormous) cargo is for: Cap Booster Charges. |
