A well skilled Wolf with several anchored giant secure cans full of ammo should do the trick.

McRoll	Posted - 2009.01.18 18:26:00 - [8] I killed 3 an angel battleships each worth 1,4 mil. and 1 frigate spawn yesterday in a Wolf quite easily, only took some time. So i guess Assault Frigs are the lowest ship class which can do this in an reasonable amount of time, just make sure you use the frigs with the max. possible damage output. Oh and dont forget to bring a lot of ammo with you.

I've tried a lachesis too but my missile skills aren't quite up to scratch. HACs are the best compromise between manoeuvrability and damage dealing. If you are low on cash you can use a BC.

McRoll	Posted - 2009.01.18 18:47:00 - [16] Hurricane is just fine but you need to find the right balance between tank and damage output. On an assault frig the rats mostly cant hit you so you can fit "full gank" but a hurricane has a way larger signature, so you will want to have some tank on it. 2-3 specific hardeners and a medium armor repairer should do the job.

Just keep at max shooting distance and peel them off one by one.. Drakes also make fine ratting ships, lil more expensive, works a tat faster too and allows for tanking. (you dont want too take BS hits even of rats in that manticore ;))

Sooo.. the Cerberus isn't agile enough compared to a cruiser? I've been ninjaratting in most kind of ships, BC's do perfectly fine. Even before the agility boost in QR, I had ninjaratting command ships etc that did perfectly fine. Had a Drake that was doing it as well but got fed up with running with ammo all the time, prefer drone- or laserboats. Anything goes, it's a matter of how you play, where you play etc. AF's are probably the smallest semi-effective one, yes. But you'll do fine up to BC/Command Ships if you're just paying attention. If you fly Amarr, Harbinger is a cheap fairly option with nice damage output. Ishtar is my choise if Gallente, and for Caldari the Cerb and Drake is awsome. Havn't been ninjaratting with my Minmatar ships but I know a guy doing it with success in a Rupture. Seriously, as you see, there's a crapload of options. Just take whichever you will enjoy flying. 's ofc easier in smaller ships but you do fine in bigger if you pay attention.
