Bonus rooms from certain missions (AE, GE, etc) have a chance to drop faction loot. Just last night I was able to loot a Dread Gurista Co-Processor from the Gurista Extravaganza lvl 4 mission. (Now if only I can find a use for the darn thing lol)...
