I dont really get the point of these graphs tbh, my nano ishtar easily goes 3.5km/s with a t2 MWD, with 2 t1 polycarbons, 3 OD's and 2 istabs. Vaga's dont go only 2.25km/s max either. It could be to just illustrate the difference with only a MWD p...
