Also Power Diagnostic System and Reactor Control Unit will help, however not near as much as the MAPC, but the PDS also has some other nice attributes so its perfect if you a few units grid short.

Seems pretty stupid for the drones to shut down, they have no reason to do that if they lose connection with the ship. They should just keep doing what they were commanded to do before they lost connection. Anyway I don't think drones are overpow...

Dump the shield booster, dual tank setups don't work. Fit a cap recharger in that slot. Also dump the basic EANP. Using 2 passive rat specific hardners is prolly much better.

You need at least Engineering 5, and Advanced weapon upgrades will also help. My corp mate fits 2 cruise launchers and 2 150mm Railgun II's with 2 mapc's.

105 m/s??? Its base speed is 150 m/s, you must have fitted big armor plating on it. 1600mm? You can train up navigation, that will make you faster, and don't fit overdrives unless you're aiming for breaking speed records. Use nanofibers instead...
