Assuming you're gonna do lvl 3's don't use Siege but Cruise launchers. Since you won't shoot BS's which are best for torps. And make sure you're using at least an C5-L boost, cause if you use a tech 1 you will be wasting loads of cap.

You don't get bonus to the active hardeners. The EANM II will give 24% to all resistances. I suggest you download Quickfit its very handy, you won't have to do math anymore.
