Perhaps it has nothing to do with implants and it's simply because even more baby roids have spawned, thereby reducing the amount of crokite and bistot that are available. The prices on megacyte have been going up regularly over the last few weeks...

If they take out chainkilling npc's there just won't be anything fun left in the game. The best solution that someone mentioned is make pirate cans rare, but when you do get a can it is guaranteed to have good stuff in it.

Make sure you bring a survey scanner. You will find that most of the fields with bistot have baby roids. The trick is to find fields with bistot that actually contain more than 50 per rock.

Just an fyi, there is no need to research the Multifreq L BP past ME:12. If you look at the wastage factor, every mineral will have less than 1 waste, therefore you don't save anything by going higher.
