So the covert ops cloak is sufficiently powerful and precise to allow a ship to engage full-blown warp without decloaking. So, any reason why a covert ops cloak should prevent free use of a microwarp drive?

Or, we go with a simple idea, and format all isk prices in contract displays with a trailing ".00". Yes, I know contracts can only have integer ISK values, but it'll remove the confusion over digit counts.
