Can your mates use large armour repper drones on you - they work real well. As they say above use an active instead of stacking loads of passive mods, use nosfer in highs not guns to supliment your tanking. In short use a domi setup with 2 LARII...

use a differnet ship, warp in at 15k in a domi and BBQ them in about 2 minutes, but seriously, if you are in a tempest you should be smoking them from 100k+ with explosive ammo

clipped looks like a good setup - will try and remember about the drones, just gang someone - anyone will do and they behave. I think it even works if you gang someone then they ungang, you are still in a gang (of just you) and the drones behave

mega is a bit overkill for lvl3 but it is fast, you can do most lvl4s with the setup above. My feeling is you will always earn more at lvl4s even if you are super quick at lvl3s
