imho cap injectors are better than multislot/CCC cap stable setups. Yeah, you don't get that many charges, but at least nos doesn't tear you apart.

I would go amarr for both personally. High resists make them difficult to kill when the thannys/nidhoggurs/archons start remote repping you. Carriers are mostly used (imho) as support and the difference in DPS of fighters really isnt that relevant...
