I still think there should NOT be security hits in 0.0 space. 0 means NO SECURITY. People can do what they want. Otherwise you have 2 kind of systems in eve (one where the cops show up, one where they dont) and the system rating from 0 to 1 means ...

Why dont you equip 2 MWD? You dont need any other stuff on the ship and you will always get away 100% of the time. Im at a gate well within invulnerability time. Countdown to nerf of multiple MWD's starts NOW...

I think the npc target lock should break when you enter warp, just as with players. And if they add a warp abort, I think there should be a minute before you can warp again once you have aborted warp.

First you say PvP cruiser and then you want to kill npc... Every ship got its strength. I used to use moa for npc hunting as it has a range bonus and I used ranged weapons to kill npc (250 prototypes). If you want, try 5 ion blasters on a thorax...

In that case, pirates could make 70-100 million bucks per battleship they captured due to lag or stupidity. Piracy would be the most profitable profession in the game if that was introduced, wouldnt it?

Cap Power Relays are the best there is afaik. They give +20% cap recharge each, which is a lot. Put them in the low slots and watch that recharge rate work... -)
