I didn't lose a ship in JV1V and I certainly never logged there... but I've seen at least 2 other killmails from people that lost their ships after loggin out after the multiple node crashes. FYI, those didnt get reimbursed either.

CCP, this is not rocket-science. All you have to do is ask the parties involved how they managed to circumvent the game mechanics. If it's something that is allowable, publish how it's done so that there's some, oh I dont know, lets call it 'fair'...
