its effectively an approximation of someone's age, which equals experience (in something) and ability to do more stuff and do it better. total sp doesnt have a direct effect on anything...except your clone.

the regen rate per cap for shield boosters is better than armor reps. that is, the hp/sec/cap or, rate/cap. even without shield compensation, the t2 XL booster comes in at 0.33 rate/cap, and the t2 LAR at 0.13. so if, you need a quick fix, shield ...

just looking at average cap recharge rate, training ESO to 5 would give you a slightly better increase than energy management. so train ESO first, and then energy management.

with my adv learnings at 4 and +3 implants, my attributes are: 24.2 int 19.8 perc 26.4 mem 18.7 will (who cares about char) so, with an int/mem skill it takes me 18d 14h to earn 1mil sp with a perc/will skill it takes me 23d 20h to earn 1mil sp...
