Kessie with t2 long range rockets is brutal. About 25km on em, they do pretty much the same dps as regular rockets, and they go great with a 24km scram.

The rule of thumb is: Bigger guns have higher capacity for damage, but getting that damage to the target is more difficult because they have worse tracking, and larger sigs.
