I just replied to the emails from the support@eveonline and followed the directions within that email concerning replies. That seemed to be the most effective way of communication for me.

I get this as well. Even when I am fully repaired. I agree it seems to be when trying to do more than one wep at a time. I watch my cargo hold and wait for the ammo to move ie the reload amount taken out of the bigger pile then click reload...this...

Is this thing any good? Shows tech lvl 2 and uses 1 cpu under fittings (low slot) Does + 20 percent shield recharge while taking away - 35 percent cap recharge rate... This seemed a bit high for a trade off to me...
