Well, there is just one slight but. You wasted 3 mid slots to cap chargers and all your rigging slots to cap rigs. And still will most likely shoot your cap dry with high damage crystal without repping. Great ship ;)

Well, if you check capistor capacity and recharge times, they got changed themselves already. 3000 capacity instead of 2000 and 800 recharge time instead of 533something. But still that recharge rate shouldn't be that much different.

I honestly think that missiles should get about 5x their current velocity. Also they should hit smaller targets better and velocity shouldn't affect damage that much. It is totally unfair to missile specced race that they get such a bad tier 3 bat...
